Questionnaires out of the box

Quera comes with a wide variety of public domain questionnaires out of the box in several languages. These include popular self-assessment questionnaires that are widely used throughout the profession such as ACEs, ADHD Rating Scale, ASSQ, DASS, GAD-7, PHQ-9 to name a few. All of these are at your disposal right from the start so you can begin scheduling questionnaires immediately.

Automated Results

Quera automatically calculates the total score from a clients’ answers to a questionnaire. It is also possible to split a questionnaire into question groups and generate sub scores or section scores.

Client management

Quera makes it easy to manage your clients. With Quera you have full overview of all your clients’ information such as contact information, scheduled questionnaires, and results.

Editor

If the questionnaire or test you need is not available in the Quera library, you can simply create it yourself. The Quera Questionnaire editor makes it easy to create questionnaires in a matter of minutes.

Components

Text

Text component allows you to write fully customizable text with paragraphs, headings, bold and italic text. Perfect for writing a prologue or instructions for more complex questions.

Multiple-choice questions

With the multiple-choice clusters, it is easy to create multiple choice questions and customize them to appear the way you want.

Textbox questions

The Textbox component allows for the creation of open answer questions where the client can answer freely into a textbox.

Number questions

With number questions you can create questions where the client can only type in a numerical value as an answer.

Range questions

Range questions are fully customizable number questions where the answer is limited to a numeric range on a slider.

Scheduler

With our Scheduler it is easy for you to schedule questionnaires for your clients to answer. Questionnaires can either be sent via a link to your client in an email for them to answer online through our Gateway or they can be answered locally on a tablet or a computer. You can also schedule multiple questionnaires for your clients in one go or decide a period for the questionnaires to stay open for the clients to answer. Once you have scheduled a questionnaire you can easily monitor the clients progress in real time so you will know the second the client is done answering.

Gateway

Quera operates a separate gateway for clients to answer questionnaires. All questionnaires are answered through our gateway and accessed by a link in an email, a link in the Quera application or a six-digit code which you can generate in Quera and give to your clients. The communications between the gateway and application are encrypted and completely anonymous making them secure and non-traceable.

API

Quera is equipped with a powerful and well documented Application programming interface (API). The API makes it extremely easy to integrate Quera with any third-party application such as EMR systems. The API comes with an oAuth2 authentication and makes it easy to create and manage clients and participants, schedule questionnaires and export results.

Our gateway is also equipped with a powerful API making it is possible for a third party EMR system to bypass the Quera manager application and schedule questionnaires directly from the EMR system to the Gateway without the need to keep and manage clients in the Quera manager application.
